Opis stanowiska

Allegro Business is the B2B part of the largest marketplace platform in Central Europe, providing a shopping experience dedicated to the specific needs of business customers. We are shaping the future of B2B e-commerce by connecting companies of all sizes and industries with the widest group of Sellers.

We are currently looking for a driven Project Manager to join our Supply Quality team and help us deliver the best commercial value proposition for business customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery related to product availability (Selection) and competitive pricing (Price).

Your main responsibilities:

  • Initiate and lead projects in one of the key areas of Supply Quality

  • Securing the availability of products relevant to B2B buyers — including benchmarking against competitors and setting up ongoing monitoring of selection relevance metrics

  • Guarantee the best prices for B2B-relevant products — designing and executing price monitoring versus competitors

  • Lead the design and execution of the B2B discounts strategy, defining the commercial rules and mechanics

  • Work closely with Category Management and Partner Management teams to close product gaps identified in the B2B selection

  • Adapt existing processes and tools to meet the unique needs of the B2B marketplace

  • Collaborate with Value Delivery Management and Product Management teams to execute solutions efficiently

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills: competitive analysis, commercial acumen, and solid understanding of market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer behavior related to price and product availability

  • Experience in category management, e.g. as a Business Development Manager in a retail or wholesale business

  • Proven track record in project execution, especially in Category Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Pricing

  • Ability to thrive in a complex, matrix organization with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Knowledge of B2B industries (Beauty, Automotive, Office, HORECA, Construction, etc.) will be an advantage

  • English proficiency at B2+ (strong) or C1 level

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team. Starting later or finishing earlier? No problem! Work hours keep pace with our lifestyles and can start between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

  • Well-located offices (with fully equipped kitchens and bicycle parking facilities) and excellent working tools (height-adjustable desks, interactive conference rooms)

  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan – you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers)

  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job

  • Work in a team you can always count on – we have on board top-class specialists and experts in their areas of expertise

  • Team tourism, training budget and an internal educational platform, MindUp (with training courses on work organization, means of communication, motivation to work and various technologies and substantive issues)
