Your main responsibilities:

As a Project Manager within the B2B Customer Acquisition & Engagement Team, you will be a driving force behind our buyer activation and retention initiative.

-You will lead projects directly aimed at increasing core buyer engagement metrics: Active Buyers and GMV per Active Buyer.

-You will actively work on optimizing the Acquisition & Engagement funnel by mapping the B2B customer journey across all touchpoints (e.g., consideration, conversion, retention) and identifying drop-off areas and engagement gaps.

-You will drive engagement metrics through the coordination of cross-functional projects with subject-matter oriented teams, including Marketing. 

-You will support the design and execution of the Customer Acquisition & Engagement Strategy, including customer segmentation and tailoring the marketing mix to specific segments.

This is the right job for you if:

-Have expertise in mapping the B2B customer journey and deep understanding of the marketing & sales funnel. Ability to identify pain points and engagement gaps, and connect project activities directly to KPIs such as "Active Buyers" and "GMV per Active Buyer".

-Have strong understanding of the components of engagement campaigns (e.g., landing pages, ad creatives, email sequences). Ability to coordinate with specialized marketing teams (CVM, Marketing Automation, Performance Marketing, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing strategies and channel contributions.

-Have the ability to utilize various segmentation techniques (behavioral, needs-based, value-based) and analyze customer data to identify distinct segments and ideal customer profiles to better target engagement initiatives.

-Have strong ability to lead, plan, execute, and monitor complex marketing projects. Proficiency in identifying key stakeholders (internal teams, external partners), managing expectations, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Skill in developing mitigation strategies for project risks (e.g., market changes, resource constraints).

-Have professional experience as: Program / Project Manager (Marketing / B2B experience is highly preferred) or Product Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager with a strong B2B focus or Senior Analyst / Associate from Management Consulting with a focus on marketing strategy or B2B.
