Your main responsibilities:

Shape and scale strategic programs for Allegro partners, with a primary focus on driving the growth and adoption of One Fulfillment through scalable, long-term solutions.

Design and execute complex, cross-functional projects that align divisional strategies with operational excellence, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable business impact.

Maximize value delivery by transforming high-level business concepts into structured project roadmaps that empower partners to expand their footprint and reach new markets.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing systemic enhancements in cooperation with Business Operations and technical teams.

Lead stakeholder alignment across multi-layered environments to ensure a cohesive vision for fulfillment growth and partner success
This is the right job for you if:

You have 5 years of experience in program or project management, especially in roles involving strategic responsibilities

You have successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to initial product definition (logistics and cross-border experience will be an advantage)

You have experience in developing and executing roadmaps

You know how to define analyses for creating new data-driven products and business recommendations

You are goal-oriented and able to manage change

You have highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

You possess business acumen and the ability to think long-term

You communicate effectively in both English and Polish (C1)
