Job description

Your main responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, budget, and quality are met.
- Create comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by assessing project feasibility, timelines, and outcomes.
- Drive decision-making for single projects by gathering input and pushing for timely decisions.
- Design and execute change management plans for specific projects, focusing on communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and implement risk response plans and issue resolution plans to minimize negative impacts.
- Manage and coordinate project resources for effective and efficient utilization.
- Lead project teams effectively, driving momentum, maintaining focus, and overcoming obstacles.
- Work effectively across various teams and departments to achieve project goals, coordinating efforts and facilitating communication.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and processes are followed.
- Identify and propose improvements to project processes within their projects or functional area based on lessons learned.

This is the right job for you if:


- You have 3 years of experience in the consulting (preferably) or fintech/financial services industry
- You have experience in managing projects from conception to initial product definition
- You have experience in developing and executing roadmaps
- You know how to define analyses for creating new data-driven products and business recommendations
- You are goal-oriented and able to manage change
- You have highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- You possess business acumen and the ability to think long-term
- You communicate effectively in both English and Polish (B2/C1)
