Your main responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sourcing Managers across Electronics, Kids, and Home & Garden. Lead partner acquisition meetings, conduct pitches, and support end-to-end partner onboarding.
- Act as the leadership PoC for APAC and EEA sellers. Partner directly with the International Seller (IS) programs team to coordinate regional initiatives (e.g. support sellers with VAT registration) and roll out dedicated promotional campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and scale longtail seller acquisition activities. Lead CX outbound call projects by defining target seller bases, writing consultant call scripts, monitoring campaign performance, and continuously optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and CX teams to remove onboarding bottlenecks, boost conversion rates, and build scalable acquisition playbooks.
This is the right job for you, if you have:
-Proven experience as a Partner Acquisition Lead, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager within E-commerce, Marketplaces, or Tech.
-Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale outbound sales campaigns, call projects, and promotional initiatives end-to-end.
-Exceptional communication skills to serve as a primary Point of Contact for internal teams (KAMs, CX, Sourcing, Operations) and senior external partners.
-Ability to analyze campaign performance, track conversion rates, and turn data insights into strategy optimizations.
-Skilled in building scalable playbooks, writing effective call scripts, and streamlining partner onboarding workflows.
-Full professional proficiency in English no(C1/C2) for daily collaboration across international regions.
