Opis stanowiska

Zakres obowiązków

Project operational support

  • Execute well-defined tasks within the Partner Programs team, driving projects and initiatives that enhance the seller experience and support their international growth.

  • Support team in implementing and adopting the gating process, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effective collaboration across Partner Management.

  • Collaborate with project managers, business owners, and cross-functional teams (Smart!, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth communication across initiatives.

  • Support Business Owners in navigating the change lifecycle and take ownership of assigned topics, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high-quality standard.

  • Monitor project progress, flag potential risks, and escalate deviations to the Project Manager or Team Lead.

Documentation management

  • Organize and maintain key project resources, including meeting notes, roadmaps, progress reports, and task lists, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain and review internal documentation, presentations, and guidelines to ensure clarity, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.

Reporting & analysis

  • Maintain and update the team’s reporting framework to track project health and seller performance metrics.

  • Analyze data, gather team feedback, and translate insights into recommendations that improve processes, partner experience, and operational efficiency.

  • Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and operational updates by providing relevant data and insights.

Szukamy osób, które:

  • Are fluent in English (C1+) and Polish (native level).

  • Have experience working in a project, program, operations, or process coordination role.

  • Are interested in e-commerce and international marketplace development.

  • Have experience working with multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Have a structured, process-oriented mindset and enjoy improving how things work.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Are comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.

  • Communicate clearly and can build logical arguments based on facts and data.

  • Are proactive and solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes evolve.

  • Are able to facilitate collaboration and alignment between stakeholders.

  • Experience selling on Allegro or supporting marketplace sellers.

  • Experience working with data, dashboards, or basic analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools).

  • Experience preparing presentations, documentation, or analytical reports.
