Project Specialist (Partner Programs)

We are part of the Partner Programs (CE-3) team, responsible for one of Allegro’s key strategic initiatives: supporting partners in expanding their businesses internationally. The team focuses on scaling cross-border GMV by expanding export selection, enabling partners across CE-3 markets, supporting new market launches, and ensuring partners can operate in compliance with local and EU requirements.
In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and improvement of internal processes that help partners grow their international sales. You will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives and continuous enhancement of the partner experience.
Your responsibilities:
Project operational support

Execute well-defined operational tasks within the Partner Programs team, supporting projects and initiatives that enhance the seller experience and enable international growth.

Collaborate with project managers, business owners, and cross-functional teams (Smart!, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth communication across initiatives.

Support the operational implementation of Partner Programs initiatives, including preparing materials, coordinating actions, following up on dependencies, and ensuring agreed next steps are completed.

Support Partner Compliance initiatives by coordinating operational activities, maintaining processes and documentation, and helping ensure that partners and internal teams have the information needed to meet applicable requirements.

Monitor the progress of assigned activities, identify potential issues or delays, and escalate risks or deviations to the Project Manager or Team Manager.
Documentation management

Organize and maintain key project resources, including meeting notes, roadmaps, progress reports, and task lists, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date.

Maintain and review internal documentation, presentations, and guidelines to ensure clarity, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.
Reporting & analysis

Maintain and update the team’s reporting framework to track project health and seller performance metrics.

Analyze data, gather team feedback, and translate insights into recommendations that improve processes, partner experience, and operational efficiency.

Support the preparation of project plans, timelines, and operational updates by providing relevant data and insights.

Are fluent in English (C1+) and Polish (native level).

Have experience working in a project, program, operations, or process coordination role.

Experience selling on Allegro or supporting marketplace sellers.

Experience working with data, dashboards, or basic analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools).

Experience preparing presentations, documentation, or analytical reports.
