Your main responsibilities:
-Sales Enablement & Content Creation: Independently develop and update high-quality sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and comprehensive Sales Playbooks that define the value proposition for our partners.
-GTM Strategy Operational Support: Assist Project Managers in executing Go-To-Market strategies by translating strategic goals into actionable project tasks and ensuring timely delivery according to internal processes.
-1F Project Involvement: Support the implementation of One Fulfillment (1F) projects, such as Proof of Concept (PoC) tests and category unblocking processes.
-KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track and report on GTM strategy performance, gathering feedback from merchants and analyzing the adoption rates of 1F features.
-Project Administration: Maintain and organize project documentation, including meeting minutes, action item lists, and progress reports to ensure transparency across stakeholders.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively gather insights from various internal departments and ensure the efficient distribution of materials and updates to the relevant teams.
This is the right job for you, if you:
-Have at least 2 years of professional experience in project support and business processes, ideally within the e-commerce or retail sector (experience in sales or sales support teams is a plus).
-Are highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or MS Office (Excel).
-Speak Polish at a C1 level and English at a B2 level or higher.
-Possess strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
-Are a creative problem-solver with a high level of learning agility and excellent communication skills.
-Are well-organized, able to work effectively under time pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
