Promoter Experience Specialist (eBilet)

Your main responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to promoters and manage their requests, including the systemic setup of events for sale, as well as ongoing system support throughout the entire sales cycle until the event concludes.
- Maintain relationships with organizers and help build long-term partnerships with them.
- Act as a point of contact for complex inquiries and issues, independently resolving problems or escalating them when necessary.
- Support junior team members by assisting with their tasks.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve problems reported by organizers.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of collaboration with organizers and suggest improvements based on the data.
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of service procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Handle assigned daily responsibilities, recognizing the impact they have on the successful delivery of team plans.
This is the right job for you if you have:
- Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role (in a field of ticketing, event organisation)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ease in handling phone and email interactions with clients and business partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM system
- Practical knowledge of basic AI tools

Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for teamwork and people interaction.

Flexibility and readiness to work in a shift system (shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM during the week, and one weekend day per month from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) – this is a strict requirement!
