Advertising Allegro is a team of experienced online advertising practitioners. We support companies trading on Allegro in effectively utilizing all available advertising tools, from products that build awareness of their offerings to solutions offered in a performance model to increase client performance on the platform.
As a Senior Advertising Business Partner You'll join the Advertising team, responsible for working with key brands. In this role, you'll serve as an advisory partner to clients, supporting them in planning and implementing advertising activities on the Allegro platform.
The position focuses on strategic work, data analysis, and building stable brand growth based on Allegro's broad portfolio of advertising solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
-You will take responsibility for a specific portfolio of clients (Brandy) and their advertising performance on Allegro.
-You will be responsible for independent, dedicated work with key brands, including coordinating the client's campaign budget.
-You will create comprehensive advertising presence strategies for your client portfolio on the Allegro platform.
-You will create and implement quarterly and annual advertising action plans tailored to clients' business goals.
-You will prepare offers and media plans appropriate to the implementation of campaign objectives and client goals.
-You will analyze campaign results and prepare recommendations to support the client's stable development.
-You will make sales presentations, initiate meetings with C-level executives, and expand your contact base within companies to include other departments, such as marketing.
-You will be responsible for acquiring new brands to advertise on the platform.
-You will experience cross-departmental collaboration (Strategy, Analysts, Ad Product, Ad Operations, Commerce, Communications, Education & PR), which will give you a broad perspective on building offers for clients.
-You will actively support Advertising initiatives directed at clients, e.g., product, offer, and communication initiatives.
-You will gain comprehensive knowledge of Allegro, the retail media market, and new technologies, and implement it into your strategies and recommendations.
This is the right job for you if:
-Have at least 3 years of experience in a position responsible for acquiring or maintaining customer relationships (scope: digital advertising,e-commerce).
-Have knowledge of advertising communications, online advertising, advertising tools, media and analytical tools.
-Are distinguished by their commercial, negotiation and analytical skills, and their strengths include responsibility and timely completion of tasks.
-Can analyze data and translate it into business recommendations.
-Are focused on achieving the client's goals and needs.
-Have no problem presenting and arguing their points.
-Demonstrate ease in building and maintaining relationships and approach challenges with enthusiasm and energy.
-Are independent and responsible in carrying out assigned tasks.
-Feel comfortable in an advisory role and are able to build relationships with clients at the decision-making level.
-Know English at a minimum level of C1.
