Senior Business Operations Excellence Specialist

What does this role involve:

• Cooperate closely with the compliance & legal teams to actively monitor local and EU regulations affecting 1P sales across all markets (PL, CZ, SK & HU)

• Ensure all regulations are reflected in current processes and execute all necessary changes in collaboration with the 1P teams 

• Audit & implement processes for new regulations (e.g., PPWR, EUDR, Data Act) 

• Act as the key partner to the Group Compliance or legal team, ensuring streamlined communication with internal stakeholders

• Serve as the primary & single point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders regarding compliance with regulations

• Stay ahead of a significant number of new and upcoming regulations related projects  (e.g., PPWR, EPR for Textiles, EUDR) and establish processes from scratch of how to implement this to Allegro

• You are well familiar with current regulations (e.g., PPWR, EUDR, Data Act)

• You have analytical mindset and enjoy conducting analyses and verifying data

• You are able to manage multiple stakeholders

• You are well organized and communicate in a crystal clear way 

• You have ability to communicate freely and effectively in English (C1). Knowledge of Czech is an advantage
