Your main responsibilities:

Defining strategy and business development plans by managing business models while adapting to market shifts, competitor developments, internal constraints, and regulatory changes

Establishing deals and partnerships by driving strategic collaborations, including RFPs and commercial partnerships with key industry players to enable effective strategy execution
-
Executing projects and communications by overseeing a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering seamless communication across stakeholders

Acting as a catalyst for growth by proactively anticipating key initiatives and mobilizing teams to meet mid-to-long-term objectives

Support the Fintech Team by:
-
Acting as a trusted advisor, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to drive Fintech value for Allegro
-
Ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives by following up and proactively supporting initiative owners, helping remove roadblocks when necessary
-
Establishing across-functional teams and cultivating successful cross-team relationships
-
Supporting knowledge and capability building within the Fintech organization
-
Preparing efficient initiative communication for the SLT and Executive Team levels

This is the right job for you if:
-
Strategy / program management experience: 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in program management or strategy. Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy is a major plus.

Track record of delivery: You have proven experience developing and putting strategies into action, from the initial idea to the final result.

Strong collaboration skills: You are skilled at working effectively with many different teams and stakeholders to get things done. You can communicate complex ideas clearly.

Problem solving skills: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can break down complex problems into manageable parts. You approach work in a structured, hypothesis-driven way.

Good with data: You have strong analytical skills and can use data to find insights and support your recommendations.

Excellent organization: You are well-organized and can effectively manage your own priorities and guide the workload of your project teams.

Very good command of English and Polish – minimum C1 level.

Relevant background: Experience in e-commerce, consulting, financial services, or a related industry is preferred. Experience in a Consultant, Project Manager, Business Product Manager, or similar role is a strong advantage.

Technology & AI: You are comfortable working with new technologies, curious about emerging tools, and able to leverage AI solutions to enhance the way you work.
