Senior Business Program Manager - Own Media Strategy

Your main responsibilities:

Develop the strategy: You will create and lead the overall strategy for our Own Media channels. This involves defining their role in our ecosystem and setting a clear vision for what we want to achieve with them.

Lead key programs: You will turn this strategy into a concrete plan, managing programs that involve teams from across the company, including Data Science, AI & Personalization, Commercial, and Product Development.

Pioneer AI driven automation: You will lead the charge in exploring and implementing agentic AI automation strategies. The goal is to create dynamic, highly personalized user experiences and streamline content operations, moving from manual publishing to intelligent, automated systems.

Guide the operating model: You'll be responsible for how we operate our own media channels day to day. This includes guiding the team responsible for publishing content on how to execute communication of major commercial campaigns (like Black Weeks, Smart! Week, and Xmas) and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Balance user and business needs: You will use data and user feedback to make sure our homepage and other channels are engaging for customers and effective for the business.

Collaborate and align stakeholders: You will be the main point of contact for own media strategy, working to get buy-in and keep senior leaders and other teams aligned on the plan.

Drive improvements: You will constantly look for ways to improve our tools and processes, working with technical teams to enhance how we present offers and content.
What we are looking for:

Strategy and program experience: 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in program management or strategy. Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy is a major plus.

Track record of delivery: You have proven experience developing and putting strategies into action, from the initial idea to the final result.

Strong collaboration skills: You are skilled at working effectively with many different teams and stakeholders to get things done. You can communicate complex ideas clearly.

Problem solving skills: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can break down complex problems into manageable parts. You approach work in a structured, hypothesis-driven way.

Good with data: You have strong analytical skills and can use data to find insights and support your recommendations.

Excellent organization: You are well-organized and can effectively manage your own priorities and guide the workload of your project teams.

Relevant background: Experience in e-commerce, digital media, or a related industry is helpful.
