Senior Business Sourcing Partner (Fashion)

Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven individual whose success will be measured by achieving team GMV targets , the number of acquired partners, and building relationships with top brands in the market.
Your main responsibilities:
- Looking for new partnerships within Fashion category

Taking responsibility for negotiating and processing contracts with key partners in collaboration with legal department

Taking care of onboarding, educating of new partners and building long-term relationships with them, both on the Polish and international markets

Executing the commercial plan for the Fashion category by acquiring leads for key brands

Identifying business development opportunities, analyze market potential, and focus on high-value new ventures

You will be involved in improving products by presenting issues and possible solutions on behalf of your partners

Supervising the cooperation with internal and external technical teams to ensure a smooth partner integration process

Developing and executing quarterly sourcing plans, including the creation of sales strategies and supporting materials (e.g., presentations) to acquire new partnersOrganizing online and offline projects for mass or targeted sourcing

Representing Allegro at offline fairs

Planning and leading activities that support partner acquisition (e.g., webinars, seminars, industry events)
This is the right job for you if:
- Have experience in selling business services in the Fashion industry (must have)

Are familiar with client acquisition processes and understand the mechanisms of online business, e-commerce, or the specifics of marketplaces

Are capable of building long-term relationships with key clients

Demonstrate independence in action and are results-oriented

Have strong communication and negotiation skills and can work under time pressure

Are proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets & Forms)

Think analytically and can draw conclusions from data

Are fluent in English (minimum C1 level)

Are open to business travels
