Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and product teams to identify, evaluate, and value potential acquisitions and investments.

  • Support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions and strategic projects, coordinating due diligence workstreams across internal teams and external advisors.

  • Build and maintain financial models and business cases that serve as the single source of truth for valuation and decision-making.

  • Prepare high-quality investment memos and presentation decks for the Executive Team, synthesizing complex data and feedback from different teams into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities to educate business leaders and inform strategic decisions.

This is the right job for you if have

  • 4-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or Strategy Consulting.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO), and financial statement analysis.

  • Ability to evaluate business models, competitive landscapes, and strategic rationale for potential investments.

  • Experience managing complex transaction processes and coordinating cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of rigorous analysis and attention to detail in a deal environment.
