Senior Data Analyst (Funnel Efficiency & CRO)

Main Responsibilities:

Analyzing visits, conversion, and GMV. Building and maintaining waterfall dashboards and mapping user flows (Visit Paths) to identify conversion blockers.

Working directly with raw event data in BigQuery (beyond standard SaaS tools like GA4) to ensure the highest granularity of insights.

Creating and optimizing reporting cycles and data pipelines using Google Cloud Composer and Airflow.
-
Developing systems for automatic detection of bot traffic and anomalies to ensure data purity.
-
Analytical preparation and interpretation of A/B tests, including the use of behavioral models.
-
Transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape campaign strategies, pricing, and product opportunities.

Working closely with cross-functional business and product teams to ensure recommendations deliver measurable impact.
This is the right job for you if:

Are SQL Experts, have advanced knowledge of BigQuery, experience with massive datasets, and query optimization skills -

Code in Python: use Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and automating repetitive tasks.

Understand E-commerce business: have a strong grip on metrics (GMV, CR, Bounce Rate, Incrementality) and statistical significance in A/B testing.

Are proficient in creating intuitive dashboards (preferably in Looker or Tableau).

Prefer working with raw data and building own processes rather than relying solely on ready-made SaaS integrations.

Actively identify problems and propose solutions instead of just "closing tickets," while sharing knowledge with the team.

Know English at a B2 level.
Nice to have:

Experience with Virtual Machines (VM), data orchestration, and DAGs (Airflow).

Familiarity with Firebase, AppsFlyer, and mobile-specific data patterns.

Readiness to collaborate on implementing predictive models that support conversion.
