You will be instrumental in achieving core business goals, focusing on the optimization of credit risk, limit management, credit bureau reporting, BI tool development, and risk cost reduction.

Your main responsibilities:
-Optimize and scale Allegro Pay credit limit management strategies,
-Oversee integrations with key partners (e.g., BIK, BIG’s), ensuring seamless data exchange and maximizing the value of partner data for risk assessment and reporting,
-Analyze and develop risk processes to determine eligibility and usage parameters for Allegro Pay users,
-Examine Allegro Pay customer behavior to identify and manage potential credit risk factors,
-Implement innovative solutions by leveraging internal and external data sources, including credit bureaus, open banking, and device fingerprinting,
-Propose strategic process improvements based on data insights and present findings to key stakeholders,
-Collaborate with analytics, machine learning, and engineering teams to evolve the risk technology stack and design data process flows,
-Developing creditworthiness assessment methodologies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices,
-Design, build, and maintain the risk datasets and reports necessary for effective credit risk management and portfolio monitoring. This includes developing new reports and dashboards to address evolving business needs and provide actionable insights,
-Optimizing the cost of risk through robust credit monitoring.
This is the right job for you if:
-Have excellent and practical knowledge of SQL (we use Snowflake),
-Have experience in analyzing credit data, including BIK/BIG data,
-Have proven experience in credit risk management,
-Have experience in creating data visualisations using tools like Tableau,
-Are able to create, maintain, and implement credit policy documents,
-Are familiar with AIS data management, including retrieving, structuring, and leveraging data for risk analysis,
-Possess strong skills in risk data management and reporting, with the ability to design, build, and maintain risk datasets, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights.
Nice-to-have:
-Knowledge of Data Science, Python, AirFlow, GIT, Tableau and AI Agents is a plus.
