Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing ad-hoc topics and initiatives within the Operations stream

  • Collaborating with tech and product teams to drive system improvements and implement new functionalities

  • Creating and interpreting operational reports, as well as preparing periodic reviews on operational process efficiency and cost analysis, particularly using Lean Management principles

  • Ensuring process compliance with applicable operational procedures, safety standards, and quality standards across the entire supply chain

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have experience in logistics operations and courier delivery services

  • You understand operational and administrative processes within a courier or logistics company

  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and meeting deadlines

  • You can demonstrate strong attention to detail and task management skills

  • You have highly developed communication skills

  • You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovation skills, along with a proactive attitude

  • You can use English in practice at a minimum B2 level

  • You hold a valid category B driver's license (willingness to travel for business)

  • You are familiar with shipment tracking systems and applications (nice to have)

  • You can demonstrate strong analytical skills

  • You are proficient in MS Excel and familiar with SQL (nice to have)
