Senior HR Business Partner

Your main responsibilities:
- Cooperate on a daily basis with our executives and leaders on topics related to the People and Organization area; employee engagement, experience, productivity, compliance, performance, pay and more
- Proactively identify needs of the teams and managers and provide necessary guidance and solutions
- Act as Strategic Partner responsible for leading the communication, implementation and measurement of strategic initiatives and programmes supporting our data driven culture and organizational development
- Be a reliable partner who is able to present data based reports, conclusions and ideas for development of business departments and optimization of internal processes
- Take key part in workforce planning, year reviews, HC management support budgeting process, Talent reviews and succession planning
- Deliver high quality of business support, in terms of converting strategic plans into clear goals and presenting them to employees
This is the right job for you if:
- Have previous experience on HR Business Partner and permanentl showed the "can do" attitude in your previous roles
- Worked with scaling organization, supporting them through transformation and culture change
- Experienced in company-wide HR related processes at scale (pay and promotion review, performance review, engagement, talent and succession management etc.)
- Designed value add, business driven initiatives and delivered solutions bringing tangible impact enabling business growth
- Have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, problem solving abilities and ability to deliver in fast paced organization with conflicting priorities
- Are able to engage and influence senior stakeholders, are structured and impactful communicators, drive inclusiveness and collaboration
- Has very good understanding and up to date knowledge of labor law in Poland.
- Fluency in Polish and English
