Senior Learning & Development Specialist

As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will drive learning initiatives that support Allegro’s Corporate Functions, including Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Accelerators. You will help cultivate a culture of continuous learning by designing, delivering, and managing development activities that respond to business needs and future capability requirements.
You will work closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to shape learning roadmaps, analyze data to identify skill gaps, and deliver programs that strengthen organizational performance. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong stakeholder management with analytical thinking and a passion for enabling people growth.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Drive business-aligned learning initiatives

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand capability needs across Corporate Functions.

Use data insights (performance trends, survey data, development requests) to propose relevant learning activities and programs.

Build and maintain the learning roadmap for your assigned business area.
2. Lead delivery of development experiences

Deliver learning programs using a blend of modalities: e-learning, workshops, internal knowledge-sharing, and coaching.

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs by engaging stakeholders, facilitators, and project teams.

Use evaluation metrics aligned with Allegro’s learning impact model to ensure programs deliver measurable value.
3. Apply structured, data-driven L&D execution

Review learning budget allocation and spending for Corporate Functions, recommending improvements to ensure effectiveness and cost-efficiency.

Track program outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Participate in Talent Management processes (Team Health Checks, Talent Reviews) by offering learning recommendations for teams and leaders.
4. Strengthen partnerships and build learning culture

Foster strong relationships with HRBPs, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of learning initiatives.

Represent L&D in business function forums to explain learning offerings and gather feedback.

Coordinate cross-organizational L&D projects, contributing to broader learning priorities and organizational development.
This is the right job for you if:

3–4 years of experience in learning design, program delivery, or capability-building within corporate functions or HR.

Strong ability to translate business needs into targeted learning interventions.

Experience coordinating learning programs and managing multi-stakeholder projects.

Comfortable working with data to identify needs, measure effectiveness, and propose improvements.

Skilled in relationship-building and collaboration across diverse functions

Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2+)

Experience with project management, change management, or user-centered learning design.

Familiarity with learning systems (LMS), digital content, or corporate capability frameworks.

Understanding of Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Strategy, Compliance).
