Senior Linguistic Quality Assurance Specialist (Umowa zastępstwo)

The Senior LQA role protects customer trust and brand reputation by ensuring that Slovak content is accurate, natural, culturally appropriate, consistent with Allegro standards, and fit for publication. The role also supports the transformation of LQA toward scalable AI quality governance: defining evaluation criteria, validating AI-generated outputs, curating linguistic assets, supporting prompt and evaluator improvements, and turning recurring language issues into systemic fixes.

AI Translations:

• Driving linguistic precision through quality assessment and data annotation: Perform translation quality assessments and data annotation for local language datasets, generating reports to refine AI models and enhance overall AI-generated translation quality.

• Improving  AI translation quality through error resolution and technical collaboration: Verify and resolve critical machine translation errors, crafting targeted linguistic fixes. Partner with tech teams on development of automated systems for error detection and correction.

• Collaborating on AI-generated content pipeline development and prompt engineering: Partner with business and technical teams to ensure linguistic quality and effectiveness within 

• AI-generated content pipelines. Provide expert linguistic guidance by checking the quality of generated content and actively contribute to crafting prompts in natural language, optimizing AI outputs for accuracy and cultural resonance.

Marketing contents:

• Quality gating: Correcting any mistakes in grammar, spelling, or style.

• Ensuring cultural fit and standards: Making sure content sounds natural for Slovak-speaking users of Allegro platforms and follows Allegro brand guidelines.

• Improving copy localization and QA solutions for marketing experts.

AI-Generated Content:

• Collaborating with business and technical teams on AI-generated content pipelines to ensure linguistic quality and effectiveness of Slovak outputs.

• Providing expert linguistic guidance by reviewing generated content and contributing to prompt design and refinement, improving accuracy, cultural resonance, and market fit.

• Identifying recurring failure patterns in AI-generated and AI-assisted Slovak content and proposing improvements to prompts, context engineering, and quality rules.

Szukamy osób, które:

• You know Slovak (C2)
• You are proficient in English (C1)
• You know some Polish (B1) 
• Have least 2 years translation experience 
• Experienced AI Quality & Annotation
• Had opportunity to work with CAT Tools
• Nice to have: Know prompt engineering & scalable error resolution
