Are you a dynamic leader passionate about driving growth and operational excellence? We are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Programs to lead strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional projects within Allegro’s Consumer Business.
As the Senior Manager of Commerce Strategic Programs, you will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of high-impact business initiatives across the Commerce Organization at Allegro. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Program Management, you will take ownership of indicated cross-functional programs with a focus on execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery. You will lead the team of Project Managers and Business Operations Managers You will contribute to shaping and creating strategic approaches and process development to help scale core business priorities.
Your main responsibilities:

Drive GMV / growth through leading strategic initiatives aligned with our Consumer strategy.

Structure complex business problems and conduct analysis and develop insights on Consumer, brand, merchant and internal customer needs

Manage complex cross-functional projects, delivering results in timely manner

Design commercial process improvements and inspire growth through data-driven solutions.

Align diverse groups to achieve shared goals - effectively manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across various teams.

Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Report on results and the impact of implemented actions, providing regular updates on program progress
