In this role you will provide senior leadership with insights and recommendations on key commercial decisions across all Allegro markets, act as a co-pilot for key stakeholders, identify relevant challenges and opportunities for Allegro based on internal and external data, enable synergies between different analytics teams across the organization (e.g. Commerce Analytics, Product Analytics, AI, Marketing Analytics,) and drive the implementation of new technologies around analytics insights.
Your main responsibilities:

Lead Partner and 1P analytical teams.

Develop Semantic Layer.

Ensure efficient operations of Analytics teams and “connects the dots” between various insights to guide Executive Team on key decisions.

Proactively consider and propose new deep dives and analyses on top priority KPIs.

Define roadmap to move from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Foster the creation of an Analytics community across Allegro (incl. Commercial, Marketing Analytics, Products Analytics) and ensures aligned standards across Allegro

Drive the implementation of new technologies around analytics insights.

Coach and support analytics team leads & teams to provide high quality analytics support and recommendations.

Manage overall span of 20 people with 2-3 direct reports.
