Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Calculates OPS forecasts and volumes planning as an input for Operations (inputs to manpower planning, budgeting, 5y planning). Strictly cooperates with DEX, CX, Commerce, Controlling to calculate all types volumes for OPS in multiple layers/granurality (incl. BDG). Constantly increases the forecast and planning accuracy. 
  • Provide manpower plans for CX, Fulfillment & Transportation and involve all stakeholders in short-term (3 week) and mid-term (12-15 weeks) planning on a weekly cycles. Cooperate with HR and Outsourcing Coordinators to ensure the resources. 
  • Coordinate network planning and development effort across the Group, incl. own and third party operations. 
  • Manage optimization of the entire network design, considering factors like transportation routes, warehouse layout & fit-out, and ops clock. 
  • Supervise development and roll-out of the route and network planning tools. 
  • Own end-to-end all the time & cost effectiveness metrics in own and 3P networks. 
  • Provide oversight of business, operational, and tech teams (esp. OpenNet) to invent and develop tech tools optimizing parcel management and flow in the network. 
  • Apply relevant digital tools for planning the work of couriers, optimizing linear transport, or the geographical distribution of network infrastructure.

This is the right job for you if have:

  • Operations & Network Expertise: Extensive experience in logistics network design, transportation planning, and fulfillment operations (preferably in a high-volume/e-commerce environment).
  • Advanced Planning & Forecasting: Proven track record in operational forecasting (volumes, capacity) and manpower planning for large-scale organizations.
  • Strategic Network Optimization: Deep understanding of network design factors, including transportation routes, warehouse layouts, and "ops clock" synchronization.
  • 3P & Outsourcing Management: Experience in managing and optimizing both internal and third-party (3P) logistics networks.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into 5-year plans, budgets, and granular operational inputs.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach: Proficiency in using and implementing digital tools for route planning, linear transport optimization, and courier workflow management.
  • Digital Transformation: Experience in supervising the development and roll-out of proprietary tech tools or specialized planning software (cooperating with Tech/Dev teams).
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to own and manage end-to-end cost-effectiveness metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to collaborate across functions (Commerce, CX, Controlling, HR, DEX) and influence decision-making at multiple levels.
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage short-term and long-term  planning cycles simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A proactive approach to increasing forecast accuracy and inventing new ways to optimize parcel flow.
