Senior Manager, Product & Engineering

Your main responsibilities:

- You will operationally manage your Unit (including managing a budget and making forecasts, business performance management, executing a recruitment plan)
- You need to coordinate with business stakeholders' vision and strategy for building exceptional experience for the Heavy and Bulky domain
- You will coordinate and develop tools that automate the allegro delivery fee settlement processes between the seller and the platform
- You will manage a team of 30 people
- Defining systems and products development roadmap to meet consumer needs and delivering KPIs
- Be accountable for various of projects and programs in the area and roadmap execution
- Aligning with other business units to support key initiatives

- You have knowledge of the AdTech industry, display/programmatic advertising 
- You have working backwards methodology (nice to have)
