Senior Manager, Product & Engineering

Your main responsibilities:

- You will operationally manage your Unit (including managing a budget and making forecasts, business performance management)
- You will manage a team of around 30 people 
- Defining systems and products development roadmap to meet consumer needs and delivering KPIs
- Be accountable for various of projects and programs in the area and roadmap execution
- Aligning with other business units to support key initiatives

This is the right job for you if:

- You have the ability to work with numbers (sizing, Business cases, etc.)
- You are experienced in managing multiple teams on both product and engineering side
- You have structured way of working
- You have an ability to think strategically
- You have the ability to work in a large organization and effectively collaborate across departments
- You have effective, highly communicative oral and written skills 
- You have excellent written and spoken English 
- You have knowledge of the AdTech industry, display/programmatic advertising 
- You have working backwards methodology (nice to have)
