Senior Manager, Product & Engineering

Your main responsibilities:

• You will operationally manage your Unit (including managing a budget and making forecasts, business performance management)
• You will manage a team of around 30 people
• Defining systems and products development roadmap to meet consumer needs and delivering KPIs
• Be accountable for various of projects and programs in the area and roadmap execution
• Aligning with other business units to support key initiatives

• You have the ability to work with numbers (sizing, Business cases, etc.)
• You are experienced in managing multiple teams on both product and engineering side
• You have structured way of working
• You have an ability to think strategically
• You have the ability to work in a large organization and effectively collaborate across departments
• You have effective, highly communicative oral and written skills
• You have excellent written and spoken English
• You have knowledge of the AdTech industry, display/programmatic advertising
• You have working backwards methodology (nice to have)
