Job description

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Define and execute a forward-looking  product  strategy in the future Marketplace vision on the AdsTech side that challenges the status quo and aligns with long-term corporate objectives.

  • Spearhead "out-of-the-box" initiatives to identify bold opportunities and shape next-generation solutions.

  • Orchestrate the development roadmap, balancing consumer needs with technical feasibility to ensure consistent delivery of key initiatives.

  • Drive full operational management of the business unit, including budget oversight, financial forecasting, and performance optimization.

  • Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex programs and projects within the domain, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Partner with internal business units and diverse stakeholders (tech and non-tech) to synchronize efforts on key strategic goals.

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer and advertiser pain points to facilitate data-driven product decisions.

  • Lead the synthesis of complex requirements into actionable product features using a systematic framework.

  • Own the end-to-end metrics for the domain, establishing rigorous KPIs to measure success and ensure business growth.

  • Navigate product lifecycles by making critical "build vs. kill" decisions for new and existing solutions.

  • Actively challenge underperforming products by reassessing assumptions and proposing data-backed structural improvements.

This is the right job for you if:

 

  • Min. 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and synthesising skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans.

  • Deep expertise in AdTech and monetization systems.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various levels.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Structured way of working.
  • You have an ability to think strategically.
  • You have the ability to work in a large organization and effectively collaborate across departments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (English C1), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
