Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation

Your main responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the executive team and stakeholders on key initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor
- You will challenge the status quo and identifying opportunities to drive value for Allegro
- You will driving end-to-end solution definition, including: problem definition and structuring, running analysis and synthesizing the insights, developing recommendations and strategies, creating implementation plans
- You will make sure things happen: follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely delivery; proactively support initiative owners (this person might be the initiative owner as well ) on key questions, help removing identified roadblocks if necessary
- You will establish cross-functional teams and cultivate successful cross-team relationships
- You will support knowledge and capability building within the organization; being a coach for Allegro managers
- You will prepare efficient initiative communication on executive team and board of directors level
- You will have fun at work and help others do the same
This is the right job for you if:
- You have top-tier degree
- You demonstrate 5+ years of experience from leading companies, preferably including 1-3 years in a leadership role within the business
- You have proven track record in process optimization and setting the processes excellence (Lean Six Sigma would be an asset)
- You have experience in top consulting firm or in strategy setting in blue-chip environment
- You have experience in e-commerce or retail (would be an asset)
- You have solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy
- You demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
- You are able to lead teams, motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively
- You are entrepreneurial and results-driven achievers, comfortable with ambiguity
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
- You have experience in processes excellence (Lean Six Sigma would be an asset)"
- You are fluent in English
