Introduction

As the Senior Manager, Value Creation you will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of high-impact business initiatives across the Commerce Organization at Allegro. Reporting to the Director Consumer Growth, you will take ownership of indicated cross-functional programs with a focus on execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive GMV / growth through leading strategic initiatives aligned with our Consumer strategy.

  • Structure complex business problems and conduct analysis and develop insights on Consumer, brand, merchant and internal customer needs

  • Manage complex cross-functional projects, delivering results in timely manner

  • Design commercial process improvements and inspire growth through data-driven solutions.

  • Align diverse groups to achieve shared goals - effectively manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across various teams.

  • Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

  • Report on results and the impact of implemented actions, providing regular updates on program progress

  • Analytical & problem solving skills: Ability and experience in solving complex business problems, and deriving business insights based on data

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and align diverse groups towards shared goals; proven ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across diverse teams.

  • People leadership: Proven track record of attracting, hiring and retaining best talent in the organization.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain clear and transparent communication channels and provide regular updates.

  • Results Reporting: Experience in reporting on results and the impact of implemented actions.
