As a Senior Manager, Value Proposition Management, you will play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of high-impact business initiatives across the Commerce Organization at Allegro. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Growth and Operations, you will take ownership of cross-functional programs, focusing on collaborative execution, partner coordination, and sustainable operational delivery.
Your main responsibilities:

Supporting Sustainable Growth: Contributing to GMV and customer growth by guiding strategic initiatives that align with our long-term Consumer strategy.

Solving Complex Challenges: Structuring complex business questions, conducting collaborative analyses, and developing deep insights into the needs of our consumers, brands, merchants, and internal partners.

Fostering Cross-Functional Synergy: Managing cross-functional projects with a focus on clear milestones, supportive coordination, and timely delivery.

Data-Driven Improvement: Designing commercial process enhancements and inspiring continuous improvement through collaborative, data-driven solutions.

Building Consensus: Aligning diverse groups toward shared achievements, effectively managing relationship dynamics, and ensuring transparency across various teams.

Nurturing Project Health: Identifying potential operational risks early and developing robust, supportive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.

Outcome Focus & Clear Communication: Experience in tracking project outcomes, sharing clear progress updates, and translating results into constructive learning opportunities for the team.
