Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recommendations and expertise that influence decision-making processes for top-tier clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement data-driven media strategies for branches and clients, covering the full sales funnel with a cross-product perspective.

  • Lead high-level presentations for key stakeholders, both internal and at our partner companies, during business reviews.

  • Actively support and lead new initiatives and projects within the Advertising business unit, defining and recommending well-defined metrics.

  • Prepare and maintain product sales materials and presentations, including tailored narratives that enhance their quality.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and research to inform strategic recommendations and enrich sales arguments.

  • Liaise with and support Communication & Education, and PR teams by providing expert knowledge, materials, and public speaking at conferences and webinars.

  • Propose and implement improvements to operational processes and workflows, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.

  • Act as a leader for a given area or group of clients, driving results and representing the organization on the market.

  • Contribute to the creation of long-term, complex plans and solutions based on data from various sources.

  • Actively test, evaluate, and recommend new AI tools that can bring value to the team and clients, as well as share best practices.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (including creating strategies for Clients, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and sales results, and media planning).

  • Possess knowledge of advertising communication, advertising tools, media, and analytical tools.

  • Can think conceptually and take a creative approach to encountered challenges.

  • Are goal-oriented and focused on meeting the Client's needs.

  • Are comfortable presenting and defending your ideas/arguments.

  • Have a very good command of PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Demonstrate a high standard of work ethic (e.g., aesthetics of presentations, professional email communication, meeting deadlines).

  • Can draw conclusions from data analysis and use them to propose the best solutions to Clients.

  • Are independent and responsible in executing assigned tasks.

  • Easily build relationships with people from various departments and areas.

  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
