Job description

Your main responsibilities:

- Own and manage large and high potential partner accounts, developing strategic growth plans and executing to achieve GMV and other key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) or Acquisition Plans, covering promotional tactics, logistical improvements and common goals.
- Evaluate partner KPIs, identify risk factors and growth levers, and suggest improvements to drive goals achievement.
- Monitor competitor actions to understand their impact on Allegro's goals and recommends counter-strategies for their partner portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of performance, market trends and competition to build strong, data-based recommendations and inform strategy.
- Nurture long-term relationships with complex portfolios of larger partners/brands, identifying and nurturing key stakeholders to enhance retention and engagement.
- Independently manage and resolve a wider range of partner issues and conflicts effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Coordinate with multiple mid-level stakeholders within partner organizations to align goals and execution strategies, effectively communicating value.
- Support the identification, initial qualification and incubation of potential new partners until their first success metric.
- Coordinate partner participation in campaigns and programs, managing follow-ups and reporting.
- Lead negotiations with partners on standard agreements and within scope.
- Provide input and coordinate with internal teams on partner-related cross-functional initiatives (e.g., campaigns, launches), synthesizing and sharing partner feedback.
- Apply established partner segmentation criteria accurately and ensures data integrity within designated systems.
- Ensure adherence to processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement within their area of responsibility and contributing to solutions.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in relevant areas (e.g., specific products, partner programs) and maintain a structured knowledge of key industry trends.
- Actively mentor less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and support.
- Act as a key point of contact on available resources (procedures, guides) for junior team members and contributes to team initiatives.
- Communicate more strategically with partners, tailoring messaging to different stakeholders and building deeper rapport.
