Senior Procurement Specialist (Professional Services, HR, Administration, Financial Services)

Your main responsibilities:

Owning key categories: Managing and strategically developing procurement categories within Professional Services, including HR, Administration, Financial Services (banking relations, audits, legal, tax, consulting)

Leading end-to-end RFx processes: Conducting complex tender processes (handling 3–4 tenders simultaneously), negotiating commercial terms, and managing the contract review process

Business partnering & stakeholder management: Collaborating closely with diverse internal business areas to identify business needs, manage expectations, and deliver optimal sourcing solutions

Cost optimization & spend analytics: Analyzing spend data to identify high-impact cost savings, process improvements, and value-creation opportunities

Supplier relationship management: Conducting cyclical performance evaluations of key suppliers to foster strong, long-term vendor partnerships

Ensuring compliance & contract alignment: Coordinating with Legal and Risk departments to ensure all procurement activities strictly comply with internal policies and regulations

Tracking success: Monitoring project milestones, maintaining crucial procurement KPIs, and evaluating internal client satisfaction
This is the right job for you, if you:

Have a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in indirect procurement, specifically focusing on Professional Services, HR, Admin, or Financial Services.

Boast a proven track record of managing full, end-to-end tender processes (A to Z) and conducting successful negotiations with both domestic and international suppliers.

Demonstrate high ownership, structured organization, and strong assertiveness when managing complex stakeholder relationships under time pressure.

Possess an analytical mindset with strong data literacy, enabling you to derive business insights and optimize procurement spend.

Are highly adaptable, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-volume environment with dynamic priorities (e-commerce or multinational background preferred).

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent Polish and English (B2/C1 level) for daily interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
