Opis stanowiska

Your main responsibilities:

  • Define and own the portfolio. Run the organizational assessment. Identify the problem areas HR should organize around, name the outcome each is accountable for, and sequence them by value and risk. Decide what gets an owner, what gets left alone, and what gets stopped.

  • Establish the operating model for People Products. Set how these products run: discovery cadence, how outcomes are defined and measured, how roadmaps get made and revised, what governance looks like, where decisions sit. Make the model concrete enough to work and light enough not to become a process.

  • Redesign the mechanisms that reinforce behavior. Performance and goals, competencies, career architecture — the systems that currently reward output and will keep doing so until someone changes them. Own the design intent; hand execution to the CL5s where it belongs.

  • Coach HR into product thinking. Most of the people running these areas have never worked this way. Build the capability deliberately: assess where people are against what the model needs, build targeted plans, coach in the work rather than in training rooms.

  • Hold senior stakeholders. Sustain trust-based relationships across HR, product, and engineering leadership. Surface resistance rather than routing around it. Keep making the case — evangelism is a permanent part of this job, not a launch activity.

  • Measure the transformation. Leading indicators: discovery cadence, coaching frequency, proportion of objectives that are outcome-shaped. The lagging indicator that decides it: are teams being handed problems rather than solutions, and are they delivering outcomes.

This is the right job for you if:

  • You've led organizational change at scale and can point to behavior that changed, not just programs that launched.

  • You have genuine product-model fluency — empowered teams, outcomes over output, continuous discovery — as principles you can apply, not a methodology you can recite.

  • You think in org design: job architecture, competency models, leveling, and how they interlock.

  • You're credible with a CFO and credible with an engineer, in the same week.

  • You can coach: assess capability against expectation, build a plan, do it in the work.

  • You're comfortable that these are people problems — relationships, power, judgment — and you don't need a playbook handed to you.

Background that works:

  • Senior product leader or product coach who has lived a real transformation.

  • Org development / talent / people-partner leader who has run enterprise change.

  • Hybrid who has owned both people systems and product ways of working.

  • Consulting is welcome: strategy/transformation (MBB-type) for rigor and executive credibility; org/people/change consultancies for HR-mechanism depth; product-specialist or SVPG-influenced coaching for product-model craft.
