Senior Product Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
Warszawa, PL, 00-841
Job Description:
Flexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team. Starting later or finishing earlier? No problem! Work hours keep pace with our lifestyles and can start between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
We are a department dedicated to supporting Allegro's internal store. The digital heart of this part of the business is an ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We are not looking for an administrator who will "keep the system alive." We are looking for a visionary and strategist – a Product Manager who will take the lead in platform development, treating it as a living product that should bring measurable business value, optimize processes, and support our expansion into international markets.
As the D365 F&O Product Manager, you will become a key partner for business representatives from the Finance and Operations departments and a communication bridge for the technical team. Your task will be to transform business needs into scalable system solutions, in line with Microsoft's "One Version" policy.
In your daily work, you will be primarily responsible for:
Strategy and product development:
-
Defining and managing the long-term Roadmap for the development of the D365 F&O system, in close alignment with the company's business strategy.
-
Active management of the Product Backlog in Azure DevOps: creating User Stories, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the "cleanliness" of requirements.
-
Monitoring Microsoft's release plans (Release Waves) and proactively planning the implementation of new functionalities (e.g., Copilot, AI features).
Quality and process management:
-
Serving as the "Standard Gatekeeper": promoting standard configuration over customization (Standard-first approach) and implementing Low-code solutions (Power Platform) where possible.
-
Supervising the testing strategy: coordinating User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with the business.
-
Managing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using LCS (Lifecycle Services) tools.
Leadership and communication:
-
Acting as the main point of contact between the business (Finance/SCM) and the development team and external implementation partners.
-
Leading Change Management activities: training, communicating new features, building awareness and adoption of the system among end-users.
We are looking for people with:
-
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of practical experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system (or Dynamics AX 2012 with documented cloud migration experience) in the role of Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
-
Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of processes in at least one of the following areas:
-
Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), Fixed Assets, Taxes (experience with Polish localization is crucial).
-
Supply Chain: Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales, Master Planning, Manufacturing.
-
-
Technical Competencies: Practical skills in using Azure DevOps, LCS, and understanding the D365 data model (Data Entities). Knowledge of the RSAT tool will be a huge asset.
-
Mindset: Ability to assertively manage expectations, analytical thinking, and resolving project conflicts.
-
Language: Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level) – working in an international environment.
Nice-to-haves:
-
Certificates: Possession of current Microsoft certificates: MB-310 (Finance), MB-330 (SCM) or MB-335 (SCM Expert). We also honor the retired MB-300 certificate as proof of general knowledge.
-
Experience in leading migrations from older ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, AX) to D365.
-
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
-
PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification.
What's in it for you:
-
Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
-
Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
-
Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
-
Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
-
A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows (if you don't like Macs) and all the necessary accessories.
-
A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
-
English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
-
A training budget, inter-team tourism (see more here), hackathons, and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
-
An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
-
Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, Advent of Code, and many other occasions we enjoy.
And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here.
