Job Description

About the job:

As a Product Manager in the Delivery Experience Integration area, you will be responsible for delivering product solutions that create tangible business value. In our area, we work on key projects related to international expansion, including integrations with the customs agency, as well as projects concerning oversized (Heavy & Bulky) shipments. You will connect technical execution with product strategy, ensuring the team's work aligns with the product roadmap, key KPIs, and real user needs. Acting as a trusted partner to product stakeholders, you will balance solution delivery, risk management, and budgeting while shaping the product domain and supporting broader organizational initiatives. This role combines product thinking, technical understanding, and project management skills, with the opportunity to lead strategically significant initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the product area, fostering a highly engaged and collaborative environment within the team.
  • Defining the product vision and development direction, aligning initiatives with business and product strategy.
  • Acting as a partner for stakeholders, translating business problems into well-structured product initiatives and priorities, with a specific focus on integration.
  • Guiding the team in designing, delivering, and maintaining scalable product solutions, especially in the context of logistics and international deliveries.
  • Effectively managing project execution by setting priorities, delegating work, and removing technical and organizational blockers.
  • Overseeing project delivery, ensuring sound product decisions are made, efficient resource utilization, and timeliness.
  • Supporting growth, engagement, and senior-level decision-making.
  • Providing regular feedback and support for individual development.

Why should you work with us?

  • Logistics and Delivery Experience play a key role in Allegro's operation - we are a data-driven technology company, and the solutions you deliver will have a significant impact on one of the largest eCommerce platforms in the world.
  • We can help you to grow as a true leader and to build collaborative and highly engaged teams.
  • Support of experienced specialists - there is always someone to exchange ideas with, because we have the best experts in their field on board.
  • You will have the opportunity to learn the tools and technologies used in practice at Allegro, including the GCP environment (BigQuery, Cloud Composer).
  • We share our knowledge at industry conferences and trainings; we are an active participant and co-creator of the technological community in Poland and globally.

Our offer is addressed to people who:

  • Have a proven ability to lead and develop efficient product areas, make tough prioritization decisions, and provide constructive feedback that supports growth.
  • Have strong experience in Product Management, preferably in the area of e-commerce, logistics, or system integration.
  • Are able to work closely with business stakeholders, translate work into business value and risk, and drive work with a strong sense of purpose.
  • Have experience in designing and implementing scalable product solutions in production environments.
  • Want to translate business challenges into concrete product solutions.
  • Understand IT systems architecture and integration processes.
  • Are proficient in using project management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL).
  • Are eager to use modern tools, including for the purpose of automating repetitive tasks.
  • Have a degree strongly related to Product Management, Business, IT, or job experience in PM/Product Owner positions.

What's in it for you:

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
  • Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).
  • A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows (if you don't like Macs) and all the necessary accessories.
  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
  • A training budget, inter-team tourism (see more here), hackathons, and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
