Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior PM to take strategic oversight and operational control of our integrated advertising panel. If you have a proven track record of successfully implementing advertising systems or e-commerce tools, can bridge the gap between advanced technology and modern marketing needs, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders as part of your daily routine – this role is for you. You will be a key figure ensuring a cohesive vision, feature development, and seamless business processes within the Ads Brand Manager platform.

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Advertising Panel Management (Ads Brand Manager): Coordinating key areas of the platform, such as campaign configuration, advanced reporting, creative management, and audience segmentation.

  • Customer Insights & Need Analysis: Understanding the specifics of the advertising market (AdTech/MarTech), gathering requirements from brands, and translating them into tangible product features.

  • Roadmap Planning: Independently managing the backlog and prioritizing features that will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our advertising tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely at the intersection of business and technology – with engineers, tech leads, executives, and customer support – to ensure the platform’s success at every stage of its development.

  • Metrics and KPIs: Defining success metrics for advertising formats and panel features, as well as continuously monitoring product performance.

  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external business partners.

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have solid, proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Senior PM (creating roadmaps, resource planning, risk assessment, and collaborating with business stakeholders) – ideally within the AdTech, MarTech, or e-commerce sectors.

  • You understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and know how to collaborate effectively with IT/development teams.

  • You are highly analytical with extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation (especially advertising campaign performance metrics) and can translate insights into sound business decisions.

  • You have hands-on experience driving a product roadmap, including launching and developing projects completely from scratch.

  • You can look at an advertising system through the eyes of a marketer and end customer, demonstrating a deep understanding of their real-world needs.

  • You are a proactive problem-solver showing high independence in decision-making and strong execution skills.

  • You possess exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to seamlessly balance and juggle the requirements of multiple stakeholders.

  • Your English is at a minimum B2 level, allowing for smooth everyday project communication.
