Senior Product Manager

Your main responsibilities:

• Owning a core ML-powered product — either ML scoring for Sponsored Offers (Boostlab) or personalization and discovery in Recommendations (Reco-Research) — through the full product lifecycle.

• Owning product discovery and delivery for ML-powered capabilities in close partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.

• Ensuring roadmap priorities maximize value, usability, feasibility, and viability for your product area.

• Depending on the team, this may mean founding new product capabilities from the ground up (Boostlab) or scaling and evolving an established platform used across Allegro's recommendation surfaces (Reco-Research).

• Utilizing product management skills such as discovery frameworks, roadmap planning, KPI definition, and backlog prioritization.

• Collaborating on cross-functional planning with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams.

• Leveraging AI-assisted synthesis and hypothesis generation in product workflows.

• You will not be required to participate in Incident Response Readiness (Technical Standby Service).

This is right job for you if:

• You have proven product management experience in digital products with ownership of medium-term objectives (6-12 months).

• You know English at least at a B2 level.

• You have the ability to define clear problem statements and measurable product outcomes, not only delivery outputs.

• You possess a practical understanding of ML-enabled products and the ability to cooperate effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams.

• You have strong business acumen and experience with KPI-driven prioritization in e-commerce, advertising, or marketplace environments.

• You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with Director-level and cross-functional teams.

• You have the ability to use AI-assisted discovery and synthesis methods to improve product decision quality.

• You have strong analytics skills, including SQL literacy, experiment interpretation, and metric design for product outcomes.
