Job description

What will your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-organizational programs to improve product-based buyer path findability, while setting goals and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Coordinating with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless program delivery and foster alignment across departments
  • Identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and minimizing disruptions to timelines and outcomes
  • Providing transparent updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and the impact of programs
  • Balancing multiple programs at various maturity stages, with effective prioritization of tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Managing expectations, building strong relationships, and ensuring stakeholder needs are met
  • Keeping team members informed and aligned, while driving collaboration and maintaining clear communication channels

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in program / project / product management (individual contributor role)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced continuously-changing environment
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking
  • Analytical reasoning skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
  • Ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
  • Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written (fluent Polish and English required)
  • Clear, organized and concise communication style with an ability to adapt to appropriate audience in a business setting
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and experience of working with technology teams
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership , ability to influence, negotiate or mediate to achieve program outcomes
