Location:

Company:  Allegro sp. z o.o.
Team:  Commerce
Contract Type:  Employee

Job description

We are part of the Partner Programs (CE-3) team, responsible for one of Allegro’s key strategic initiatives: supporting partners in expanding their businesses internationally. The team focuses on scaling cross-border GMV by expanding export selection, enabling partners across CE-3 markets, supporting new market launches, and helping partners operate in compliance with local and EU requirements.

In this role, you will manage and deliver assigned project tasks independently, contribute to project planning, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. You will collaborate with Project Managers and business stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and support our partners' international expansion.

Your main responsibilities:

Project execution & delivery:

  • Autonomously manage and deliver assigned projects, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.

  • Manage stakeholders & gather requirements: Actively communicate with internal stakeholders (including Verticals, Pricing, Legal, Compliance) to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure business needs are understood and addressed.

  • Contribute to project planning and execution: Define activities, timelines, dependencies, and required follow-ups using established project management principles.

  • Drive operational implementation: Coordinate actions, follow up on dependencies, and ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time.

  • Support Partner Compliance initiatives: Take ownership of operational activities, maintain processes, and ensure internal teams and partners have the information needed to meet applicable requirements.

  • Proactive risk & progress management: Keep Project Managers and team members informed of progress, potential roadblocks, dependencies, and delays in a timely manner, taking ownership of resolution or escalation when needed.

Process & documentation management:

  • Own and maintain project documentation related to assigned responsibilities, including roadmaps, task lists, meeting notes, progress reports, and project materials.

  • Develop and structure process documentation: Map existing workflows, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and drive practical improvements to increase operational efficiency and enhance partner experience.

  • Ensure all project materials remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with team standards.

Reporting, analysis & team support:

  • Maintain and develop reporting frameworks for assigned projects or workstreams to track progress and relevant partner/business metrics.

  • Analyze data and operational feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, translating findings into structured problem-solving approaches and practical recommendations.

  • Peer contribution & knowledge sharing: Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members on task execution and Allegro processes, actively contributing ideas to improve team workflows.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Are fluent in English (C1+) and Polish (native level).

  • Have proven experience in a project, program, operations, or process coordination role, with demonstrated ownership of assigned initiatives or workstreams.

  • Are interested in e-commerce and international marketplace development (knowledge of areas like compliance or cross-border operations is a plus).

  • Have experience gathering stakeholder requirements and independently coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams.

  • Have a structured, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with established PM methodologies.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.

  • Are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable escalating risks early or proposing process improvements.

  • Are open to sharing knowledge, helping onboard or guide colleagues, and driving team collaboration.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in e-commerce, marketplace, or international business operations.

  • Experience selling on Allegro or supporting marketplace sellers.

  • Experience working with data, dashboards, or basic analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools).

  • Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, or process improvement methodologies.

  • Experience preparing presentations, project documentation, or analytical reports.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) that depend on you and your team. Starting later or finishing earlier? No problem! Work hours keep pace with our lifestyles and can start between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

  • Well-located office in Warsaw (with fully equipped kitchens and bicycle parking facilities) and excellent working tools (height-adjustable desks, interactive conference rooms).

  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan – you choose what you like (e.g. medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).

  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.

  • Working in a team you can always count on - we have on board top-class specialists and experts in their areas of expertise.

  • A high degree of autonomy in terms of organizing your team’s work; we encourage you to develop continuously and try out new things.
