Senior Project Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
-Manage and deliver assigned projects in the International Sellers segment and actively contribute to high-level project planning. Provide data-driven insights to define roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation.
-Monitor project health to identify, report, and mitigate risks and bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
-Execute complex initiatives focused on seller experience improvement and growth based on their blockers. Ensure all tasks align with established project management methodologies and quality standards.
-Maintain and evolve team reporting frameworks. Derive actionable insights from key seller performance metrics to guide decision-making.
-Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment across departments.
-Oversee the organization of critical project assets, including roadmaps, progress reports, and action logs, ensuring a "single source of truth" for the team.
This is the right job for you if:
-At least 3+ years of professional experience in project management or business processes management. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or sales support teams is highly preferred.
-High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or MS Office (Excel).
-Polish (C1 level) and English (B2 level or higher).
-Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and turn them into clear, actionable project strategies.
-High learning agility, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. You must be well-organized and capable of thriving under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead specific project components from inception to completion.
-Chinese - nice to have
