Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to the BU Owners within the Advertising area, managing the Advertising Control Tower, overseeing reporting cycles to maintain a single source of truth and providing complete roadmap transparency for senior leadership.

- Maintain deep, real-time command of the portfolio context, interpreting data to immediately explain the "why" behind project status and risks to leadership.

- Proactively identify resource bottlenecks, revenue gaps, and delivery risks to facilitate conscious reprioritization and immediate course correction.

- Confidently manage executive communication, translating complex portfolio data into clear, fact-based insights (highlighting achievements, misses, and next steps) tailored for Director-level decision-making.

- Follow market trends and standards in portfolio management, implementing innovative solutions to ensure the area stays ahead of the curve and  develop automated tracking tools and dashboards that eliminate manual data entry and drastically reduce time-to-insight.

- Confidently manage strategic communication, translating complex technical risks and status updates into clear business impacts for senior leadership.

- Lead the Business-Tech Sync to ensure a unified, up-to-date roadmap, actively aligning commercial priorities (e.g., revenue goals) with technical and operational parameters.

-You possess deep-rooted expertise in the Advertising industry. You don't just know the terminology; you understand the business models, market dynamics, and the underlying technology that drives modern AdTech.

-You have an expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management  with a proven ability to prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, ROI, and resource availability.

-You are a master of strategic alignment. You excel at orchestrating the Business-Tech Sync, ensuring that commercial objectives are perfectly translated into technical roadmaps and vice versa.

-You thrive on high-level ownership. You are ready to step in and take full accountability for a broad scope of projects, operating as the primary strategic partner for key stakeholders on a director level.

-You have a data-driven approach to identifying bottlenecks and KPI risks. You should be comfortable navigating complex data to make informed decisions on resource reallocation.
