Job description

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Implement, and administer assigned compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs

  • Manage the full lifecycle of compensation processes, from job evaluation and salary benchmarking to merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures

  • Participate in and analyze salary surveys and conduct market research to benchmark compensation levels and trends, providing recommendations for salary adjustments to maintain external competitiveness

  • Analyze complex compensation and benefits data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, and develop actionable insights to inform compensation decisions and program design

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to communicate compensation and benefits information and address employee inquiries

  • Develop and present clear and concise summaries of complex data to support decision-making

  • Actively participate in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains using AI

  • Manage functional bonuses (operational and sales) - review and consult regulations, analyse data and suggest improvements

  • Lead assigned projects and processes, ensuring their effective planning, execution, and successful completion within the Total Rewards scope, especially connected with Pay Transparency implementation

This is the right job for you, if you:

 

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a Senior Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits role or as an HRBP / HR Generalist with a strong background in HR data analytics within a large, complex organization

  • Possess hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end compensation lifecycle – from market benchmarking and salary structures to merit increases, promotions, and designing bonus/incentive plans (including operational and sales bonuses)

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities – able to extract actionable insights from complex C&B data, identify trends, and translate them into clear, concise business recommendations and executive summaries

  • Are eager to lead key Total Rewards projects, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance

  • Are fluent in both English and Polish (C1 level minimum), using both languages comfortably in everyday business communication

  • Combine analytical rigor with great interpersonal skills – capable of building positive relationships and effectively communicating complex compensation topics while partnering with HRBPs, business leaders, and employees

  • Thrive in an international, fast-paced environment – you value autonomy, enjoy taking the initiative, and actively look for process improvements and automation opportunities (e.g., using AI tools)

  • Are familiar with the Mercer job evaluation methodology (this will be considered a strong asset)
