Your work will sit at the heart of our product ecosystem - creating a multi-brand, token-based Design System, prototyping new interactions and ensuring our experiences are consistent, accessible and truly memorable. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to long-term strategy and play a key role in how our design craft evolves.

Key responsibilities
-
Designing and evolving a token-based, multi-brand Design System used across multiple platforms.

Creating interactive prototypes using Design System components.

Collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance, and accessibility.

Defining, updating, and maintaining Design Tokens.

Supporting product teams in applying the Design System correctly and advising them on component and pattern usage to promote a high-quality design culture.

Leading the adoption of the Design System across the organization, including education and hands-on support.

Creating and maintaining clear documentation and usage guidelines for all Design System elements.

Designing micro-animations for Design System components.

Identifying new or recurring design patterns within product teams and incorporating them into the Design System.
We are looking for
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in design, including at least 2 years focused on creating and evolving Design Systems.

Understanding of accessibility principles and hands-on experience implementing digital accessibility.

Strong ability to think strategically about the Design System as a product.

Experience in managing design decisions and scaling a mature Design System.

Ability to drive evangelization and promotion of the Design System across the organization.

Expert proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Token Studio,.

Experience working with tools for technical documentation (e.g. Supernova, Storybook, Zeroheight).

Ability to create interactive prototypes and micro-animations for interfaces (e.g. Lottie).

Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining design decisions and presenting them to stakeholders.

English proficiency sufficient for daily communication (B2).
