Senior Value Proposition Manager

As a Senior Value Proposition Manager for Sponsored Offers, you will drive the business development of a cornerstone product within the Allegro Advertising ecosystem. Your mission will be to strategically design the value proposition of Sponsored Offers, ensuring that thousands of our Partners view them as the primary engine for their growth.
As the Commercial Product Leader, you will work in close partnership with the Technology team, who focus daily on the continuous development, optimization, and performance enhancement of Sponsored Offers. Together, you will shape the future landscape of e-commerce advertising in this part of Europe.
Your main responsibilities:
-Business Vision & Development – Together with Product Owners on the Technology side, you will define the development vision for Sponsored Offers, identifying directions that maximize financial performance and value for both buyers and sellers.
-Analytics & Goal Decomposition – You will "translate" complex data into actionable recommendations, decomposing high-level objectives (outputs) into measurable operational metrics (inputs).
-Optimization & Innovation – You will dive deep into recommendation mechanisms and algorithms, collaborating with Tech teams to refine them and drive business efficiency.
-Go-To-Market Strategy – You will ensure every new product feature has a clear Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and a successful market launch. You will evaluate the current approach and seek opportunities to redefine or refresh existing value propositions.
-Market Monitoring – You will continuously analyze the market and competition (benchmarking) to refresh our value proposition, ensuring Allegro’s advertising products remain the first choice for every seller. You will share these insights with the broader team.
-Research – You will actively expand our knowledge of our Partners through research to gain a profound understanding of their pain points and needs.
-Stakeholder Management & Communication – You will prepare analyses, presentations, and documentation for key stakeholders (Advertising Executive Team, Group Advertising Director), influencing the company's strategic decisions.
-International Expansion – You will support international market leads in scaling our solutions beyond Poland (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), ensuring the offering is tailored to local market specifics.
This is the right job for you if you have:
-7+ years of commercial experience in product/services development (preferably in the e-commerce industry) or/and consulting roles.
-Exceptional analytical skills.
-Strong critical and strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
-Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge the status quo.
-Experience in directly managing commercial and/or project teams.
-Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
-Hands-on approach.
-Ability to collaborate and drive alignment at the Top Management level.
-Excellent, structured communication skills and the ability to communicate flawlessly in Polish and English.
-Understanding of the online advertising market and performance marketing is an advantage.
