Main Responsibilities:
- Own the business strategy and expected business impact of value propositions for a specific product area or segment.

Manage regarding business needs versus technical feasibility.

Drive shared customer research and analysis with the Product Manager to align product decisions with value.

Develop business KPIs and decompose outputs to input metrics.

Collaborate with the Product Manager on shared KPIs that measure both business and product performance.

Ensure value proposition initiatives are implemented seamlessly by aligning with the Product Manager's product strategy and technical execution.

Define and own commercial levers and enablers to maximize the impact of tech-driven solutions.

Lead the Value Proposition Management contribution in joint discovery workshops and sync meetings with the Product Manager to ensure continuous alignment and end-to-end ownership.

Drive proactive brand prospecting and lead sales engagements in close alignment with Value Proposition Managers, KAMs, and Advertising teams to expand the partner ecosystem.

Manage the end-to-end commercial agreement lifecycle, from pitch presentations and contract negotiations to final execution and onboarding.

Establish partner reporting frameworks to transparently demonstrate product value, performance metrics, and ROI to external business partners.

Align cross-functional sales efforts across KAM and Ad Sales departments to ensure unified value proposition messaging during partner interactions.

Experience in designing monetization models, identifying commercial levers, and executing strategies that maximize the return on tech-driven solutions.

Exceptional ability to partner with Product Managers, ensuring that technical product roadmaps, features, and experiences are perfectly aligned with business goals and market needs.

Proficiency in defining business KPIs and decomposing high-level objectives into granular input metrics to measure success, performance, and growth.

A demonstrated ability to navigate the intersection of business requirements and technical feasibility, effectively resolving conflicts and finding solutions that satisfy both stakeholders and developers.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience leading customer research and market analysis to validate hypotheses and ensure that every value proposition resonates with target users.

Excellent ability to distill complex business updates into compelling narratives for stakeholders, including leadership, marketing, and operations teams, while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment.
