Senior Value Proposition Specialist

Allegro is seeking a dedicated Senior Value Proposition Specialist to develop and execute a strong network of vetted Service and Software Providers. This strategic initiative is designed to significantly enhance the support ecosystem around Allegro’s sellers. We are looking for driven individuals with an international mindset who can collaborate cross-functionally and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of seller services on Allegro with strong experience of project management.
Your main responsibilities:
-You will gather data and insights to help the team understand Ecosystem Network needs and the business impact of new ideas.
-You will work with Tech Teams to make sure new features are technically possible and provide a great user experience.
-You will help identify and fix small alignment issues or project blockers to keep things moving smoothly.
-You will coordinate and assist in launching new features and tools for Allegro’s partners and sellers (by working cross-functionally on delivering marketing, PR, and educational campaigns and events)
-You will help prepare KPIs (performance metrics) to measure if the projects are meeting their goals.
-You will attend regular sync meetings and keep internal stakeholders updated on the project's progress.
-You will work closely with Vertical Teams, Crossboarder Sales, Project Managers, Tech Teams, Allegro Akademia, Partner Marketing Team and many other internal stakeholders.
This is the right job for you if you have:
-3+ years of experience in product / project management or partnerships, with a preference for building or managing Partner programs or ecosystems.
-High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or MS Office (Excel).
-Some experience in marketplace platforms or e-commerce environments, especially if focused on B2B services.
-An interest in or experience with launching and scaling new business lines or services.
-Exposure to partner-facing APIs and developer programs is a plus.
-A strong ability to use data to understand performance, build reports, track key metrics, and make informed decisions. We value a high learning capacity.
-Excellent skills in managing relationships with different groups, working well across teams
-A proactive, results-oriented mindset – you thrive working independently in a fast-paced, challenging project environment, and consistently prioritize to deliver high-quality work.
-Proficiency in English (C1 level).
