Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

- Execute generally-defined with medium and high complexity tasks based on team's goals.
- Coordinate tasks within the team project to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Contribute to setting team priorities in collaboration with peers and leadership.
- Incorporate the user perspective into project planning to enhance product relevance and usability.
- Implement accessible components following accessibility guidelines and collaborate with the team to ensure inclusive interfaces.
- Conduct off-hours duty on team products; possible opt-out based on manager's decision (special cases).
- Take responsibility for completing larger, more complex tasks within the team project and ownership for the end result.
- Tailor solutions to address ambiguous and complex problems effectively.
- Decide on feature architecture based on technical and user requirements.
- Consult the system architecture with team members to ensure cohesive design decisions.
- Identify risks and dependencies associated with proposed changes to mitigate issues proactively.
- Actively participate in the design process to shape product features and workflows.
- Manage problems within the team projects and work toward well-crafted solutions.
- Manage and address topics related to technical debt at the team level.
- Apply product domain knowledge to work effectively within the designated area.
- Deepen understanding of domains in neighboring areas to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Oversee and uphold team code quality standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Develop versatility in solving problems using different technologies as needed.
- Provide regular constructive feedback to team members to promote growth and improvement.
- Work with received feedback to enhance personal and team performance.
- Proactively ask for feedback to identify improvement areas and foster development.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including PMs and UX designers.
- Motivate others to achieve defined goals and complete assigned tasks.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members, including trainees, juniors and new hires.
