Your main responsibilities:
- Boost awareness of Allegro Delivery - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to help customers better understand and recognize our delivery services — both on and off the Allegro platform. Key projects include the Black Week and Christmas campaigns in 2025, as well as broader awareness activities in 2026.
- Create communication across various channels - Develop engaging content about Allegro Delivery for social media, direct communication (emails, push notifications), and promotional placements such as the homepage. You’ll lead new initiatives and maintain ongoing communication.
- Manage the customer survey calendar - Organize and oversee key customer research projects. Use insights to understand why customers choose or stop using our delivery methods, and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Lead awareness initiatives across the customer journey - Identify and enhance customer touchpoints with Allegro Delivery by developing consistent and effective messaging. Collaborate closely with tech and UX teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Coordinate communication during major campaigns (e.g., Xmas season) - Take ownership of customer communication about deliveries for high-impact campaigns on platform — from crafting content e.g. banners to running social media activations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance - Track key marketing metrics such as reach, open rates, click-through rates, cost per click, and conversion rates. Use data insights to optimize current campaigns and shape future strategies.
This is the right job for you if:
- have 5+ years of experience in marketing
- speak English at a minimum B2 level
- are fluent in Polish (C1–C2 level)
- are passionate about marketing and actively follow industry trends
- bring creativity and an innovative mindset to your work
- communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- like to write content and you are creative
- are adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment
- have experience in B2C communication
- think strategically but are also hands-on and execution-focused
- have knowledge of logistics or delivery services (nice to have)
