Your main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions within the assigned business area, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Proactively identify, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Contribute to building and maintaining the company's employer brand by providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, understand team needs, and refine interview processes.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Present recruitment process results and outcomes in a structured and compelling manner to stakeholders.
