Opis stanowiska

What does this role involve:

 

  • Taking full ownership of new Selling partner’s KPIs within the Marketing business area
  • Leading the development, implementation, and execution of the B2B marketing strategy across Allegro’s markets (PL, CZ, SK, HU)

  • Managing SEO and SEM initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and measurable performance

  • Managing display advertising campaigns in close cooperation with external agencies and partners

  • Defining the content marketing strategy and execution – defining key topics, developing content calendars, and overseeing collaboration with internal and external partners

  • Overseeing company websites – analyzing performance data, tracking KPIs, and implementing optimization initiatives

  • Driving PR activities in collaboration with the corporate PR team

  • Providing marketing support for partner-driven campaigns and joint initiatives

  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs across marketing channels, preparing performance reports, and recommending actionable insights

  • Leading cross-functional projects in collaboration with other Teams in the Marketing area, Sales, UX, Technology, Customer Service as well as PR

  • Managing and optimizing the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation

  • Leading a team of 8 marketing professionals

This is the right job for you if you:

 

  • Have experience in marketing in the Polish and international markets
  • Have solid experience in managing PPC campaigns, creating creative materials based on the analysis of customer needs and market trends (i.e. creating claims, key visuals, etc. in cooperation with a creative agency)

  • Are familiar with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics

  • Have very strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze activities and draw conclusions, and experience working with KPIs

  • Have experience in project management

  • Are capable of managing a budget effectively

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in team management and 6-7 years in marketing area 

  • Have well-developed communication skills and experience in cooperating with internal partners and external agencies

  • Are proficient in Polish and English

  • Are proactive, suggest new solutions, and are comfortable implementing improvements

  • Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry is a plus
